Daily passes a van by a traveling grocer. Dogs are welcome! As there is no groundwater in great parts of Lustica, water is supplied by cisternes(Villa Viktoria has 2) The house (better a gathering of some houses) is situated in the village of Mrkovi on the open sea side of the peninsula, next to one of 15 churches on Lustica, surrounded by ancient olive groves, in a quiet location.
By car it´s about 22km from Tivat to Mrkovi and during the drive you can have a very beautiful lookaround from the hights of peninsula Lustica. From Villa Viktoria you can reach the two beaches, Mirista and Zanjica by foot (~45 min.) or car (about 7 km). Mirista is the smaller beach with a good restaurant and more "exclusive"; Zanjica is the longer part with all sorts of good restaurants and bars. From there you can book boattravels to the "blue grotto", Marmola, Forte Rosse(an ancient pirate village) or Herzegnovi, etc. The two beaches are separated only by a small peninsula,so you can decide daily which one you prefer(5 min. walk) For children we have some equipments for the sea, snorkel, fins, games, please ask for it. If you need, we can organize the transport from the airport. Trips to the Blue Grotto, by Herceg Novi and in other bays are possible with excursion boats. Excursions into the country to ancient monasteries, after KOTOR with its old ramparts, after PERAST, BUDVA and many other cities quench the thirst for cultural encounters. By plane you can come to Podgorica or Dubrovnik, and you can possibly, also travel Tivat.
