The house is situated in a quiet cove Basina. Basina is a small, quiet village on the northeastern side; in the heart of the island of Hvar, near Vrboska. Basina is 5 km away from Jelsa and Old Town, and 25 km from the town of Hvar. During the summer months there are a restaurant, and a small shop, which sells basic groceries.
The house is located in the first row to the sea, just few steps away from the beach (about 15 m). The house has 6 suites, 4 large (approx. 40 m2) and 1 small (about 32 m2) and 1 studio apartment.
