Villa Serventi offers 4 apartments and each has different capacities. Each apartment is luxuriously equipped and modern. The apartments are done in combination of traditional style with exposed stone walls that reveal the unique atmosphere and modern style of furnishing.

The apartments are air conditioned, have satellite TV, Internet access is enabled, parking place is provided in the enclosed courtyard. Also in our offer we have the utilization of external grill, the possibility of ordering fresh fish specialties, various trips, etc.

Each apartment has a bathroom with shower, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (built in ceramic stove, built in oven, combined fridge / freezer, extractor fan, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, etc.), living room with dining room, modern equipped. Apartments 2 & 3 are duplex types of with bedrooms in the loft while the kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom and located the ground floor.

Only few meters away from our accommodation there is a private waterfront for our guests so it is possible to swim a few meters from the accommodation. The local beach is only 20m away from the Villa Serventi while smaller pebble beach with beach bar and beach billiard is only 1.5km away.

Villa Serventi advantage is that it is located far from city noise but close enough to everything because one needs only 7min drive to the nearest town Tivat, 25min away from Kotor, 35min away from Budva, 40min away from H. Novi.
