This fabulously positioned beachfront villa offers guests a stunning view looking over to the famous island-hotel of Sveti Stefan. The villa itself is located on the best part of this coastal area with direct access to the beach and wonderful turquoise Adriatic sea below.

This contemporary style seven bedroom Montenegrin villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden shaded by olive and palm trees with a path that leads down to a gate at the end of the garden opening directly on to the beach. Guests approach the villa via a gated driveway located at the end of a quiet road. The villa is set on three levels, each level being one separate apartment, Guests enter the upper part via a short flight of stairs from the entrance gate, through large glass doors in to an open plan kitchen/diner. Other rooms featured on this level are two double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite shower room, a twin bedroom, a separate shower room and a sea-facing lounge.

The middle part, accessed from a short flight of outside stairs from the upper level opens up into a bright and airy open plan living / dining / kitchen area. From here French doors lead out on to a large tree shaded terrace looking out to Sveti Stefan, there is also a BBQ area. A short flight of stairs from the lounge leads to the bedroom quarters containing a double room, a twin room a single room and separate bathroom. The lower level, accessed from outside stairs from the middle section is a self contained one bedroom apartment with open plan kitchen / living area and separate bathroom.

The villa would suit a group of family or friends looking to stay in one of Montenegro’s most attractive beach locations and be within easy access of restaurants and bars. The villa provides a perfect place from which to explore other places of interest which are accessible as day excursions from Sveti Stefan such as the Kotor Bay, Budva and the National Park of Skadar Lake.
