General Description:
- Five (5) Apartments, surface of app. 55m² with one bedroom, for the total of four (4) adults, out of which:
• Three (3) apartments with one bedroom, large living room, separate kitchen and dinning space, bathroom and large terrace (app. 15m²);
• Two (2) apartments with one bedroom, separate kitchen, bathroom, dining space and two terraces – exit from both living room and bedroom (one of these two with terrace in excess of 30m²);

- One (1) Two-bedroom Apartment, app. 65m², for the total of six (6) adults:
• Two separate bedrooms, bathroom, balcony and terrace;

- Two (2) Studio Apartments, app. 30m², for two (2) adults:
• Studio with kitchen, bathroom and balcony;

- One (1) LUX Penthouse, app 170m², for the total of six (6) adults:
• Three (3) bedrooms, separate kitchen and dining room, spacious living room, additional living room at the gallery, two (2) bathrooms, one toilet, four (4) terraces (the biggest one in excess of 45m² with overview of Petrovac bay).
