In the most beautiful part of the Mediterranean, there is this small fishing place with great tourism potential. With over 300 sunny days a year, beautiful sandy beaches and varied rich vegetation, Petrovac makes tourist destination to which guests gladly come.

What distinguishes Petrovac are modern hotels, numerous private apartments and villas, restaurants, tavern, cafes, galleries, camping opportunities and nautical tourism. Petrovac is a small place for a great vacation.

Property was built 2008 years, in all the tourist standards. The house has its own water-tank. It is situated in a very quiet end of Petrovac. Stairway is connected with the beach and promenade. This stairway to the beach, came for 3-5 minutes on foot. On the other hand, take to the streets and the way its distance from the beach is 5 minutes on foot.

The facility is air-conditioned, terraces are covered so that is not exposed to direct sun's air incursion. Property has 8 apartments of which 6 have a sea view and 2 on the northern side view of the street. Property is part of its own parking, and cars can be parked and with the north side of the street.
