Our private beach is in front of the house, as well as stone Ponta and bar for guests.

“Villa Vujovic” is located at the sea-side, opposite medieval town of Perast and two beautiful islands St. George and Lady of the Rocks. From early morning till evening ships and sailboats which cruise in Boka Kotorska Gulf are sending regards to them, and Perast with his islands replies with church bells ringing.

Kostanjica is a small coastal town in Boka Kotorska, 3 km far from the ferry-boat Kamenari – Lepetani in direction of Morinj or Risan.
Distance from all tourist towns is about 10 – 30 min. by car.
(Tivat – 7 km, Budva – 25 km, Herceg Novi – 15 km, Kotor – 20 km, Dubrovnik – 55 km).

Prices per apartment:

May and October 50 EU \ day
June and September 70 EU \ day
July and August 100 EU \ day
from 01. November 35 EU \ day

The price includes: rent, pool, beach, tavern, park, transport to supermarket.

Daily until 10 am we offer our guests free transport in our car to the market in Bijela or to the supermarket, after 10 am transport is charged depending where guest wants to go.

Meals - not included. Ordering meals available - on request.

Prices for using the tennis court:

Day hours: June, September = 8 euro / 1 hour
July, August = 10 euro / 1 hour

Night hours: June, September = 12 euro/1 hour
July, August = 15 euro/1 hour

Pets allowed.

Transport from airport Tivat - 35 euro.
