As Nobel prize winner for literature Ivo Andric, himself an inhabitant of the town, once said: Herceg Novi is a place of “eternal greenery, sunshine and staircalses”.

Boka Residence, with its luxurious furnished apartments, is situated on a sunny slope of Salvina hill, part of Herceg Novi which enjoys a view of the entrance to Kotor Bay. It is surrounded by rich Mediterranean vegetation, mainly palm trees. There are around 260 different types of exotic plants from all continents, making this town very unique.
