The use of bicycle is included in the rental. The apartment is in the close vicinity of the Cibona fitness centre, a wellness centre, numerous shops bars and a marketplace. Its location in Bednjanska Street No 10, in Martinovka district enables an easy access to different parts of the city. The apartment is situated between Vukovarska Street and the Botanical Garden, Savska Street and Miramarska Street. Main train and bus stations are nearby. Ban Josip Jelacic Square is just 12 minutes away, on foot or by bicycle. The building is situated near the Botanical Garden where you can enjoy in greenery and stroll along its many paths. A big shopping mall Importanne Centar is in the vicinity, as well as several banks and ATMs (Erstebank, Hypobank, Raiffeisenbank). If you like cooking, you can take a walk or ride a bike (bike rent is included in the rental) to the Tresnjevka market (10 minutes walk) or the Dolac market (12 minutes walk), where you can always buy fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish (both sea and freshwater fish).

For a planned stay of 1 to 5 days, the price is 75 Euro per day. VAT is included in the price, as well as cleaning and changing of towels and bedclothes. Visitor's fee is not included in the price. For a longer stay, we approve a discount of 10 to 25%
