The city of Poreč carries the title of the most visited resort in both Istria and Croatia with a good reason. Although rewarded numerous times for its quality and popularity, those contented human rivers, which are flowing through the town every year, are even more precious for the city of Poreč and its inhabitants.

House EURO has 4 apartments and A1 and A2 on the first and A3 and A4 on the second floor. Each approx 75m2.

Aartman Each has one double and one triple room, 2 bathrooms (shower toilet sink), and (when the bidet-toilet-sink), kitchen and living room, TVSAT, balcony.

A3 and A4 have air conditioning. All apartments have heating, and A3 and A4 have air conditioning. For all apartments provided with a private parking.

House is in town canter, 50 meters from shopping district, restaurants, bank, and coffee bar. Within 300 meters there are: ambulance, laundry, auto service garage, gas pump, market place, dentist, diving canter It is 300 meters away from sea and first beaches (hotel Zagreb and Pical) are 450 meters away the same as the recreations facilities: tennis, mini-golf and aqua sports.

Because the house is situated on the main road it can be easily find, and guests do not wander around when arriving for the first time, also they do not get in traffic jams on their way out of town. During the tourist season guests can also visit a Plava Laguna and a Zelena Laguna resorts situated only a couple minutes away by car to enjoy many sporting activity including a ski lift.

Ten minutes away by car are situated Baredine caves and worldly know astronomical observatory in Visnjan. In the evening you can visit Euphrasius Basilica only 5 minutes away walking from the house or old town Porec.
