The apartments are situated on the island of Krk in the little place called Njivice (some 180 km). Island of Krk is situated on the north of the Adriatic sea, and is connected with the mainland by a Krk bridge so the tourist will not need to use a ferry to arrive but can use their own private car (Rijeka airport is also only 10km from Njivice so you can arrive via plain also).

The apartments are situated in the ground floor of the villa near the sea cost. The location of the house is cca 10 minutes on foot from the centre of Njivice so the guests will not necessary need the car which they can park in the parking place inside the yard. The house is situated near the beach and coast line, the promenade and the green park-forest along the coast line.

Every apartment has its own terrace with the view on the sea and the sunset. The garden of the villa is decorated with the Mediterranean plants, stone walls and English grass. The location has green vegetation, shade and enough sun for those who want to catch some color and enjoj lots of peace and quiet.

Apartments are intended for the say of 2-3 people. Living room and the kitchen are detached from the bed rooms with the slide doors, so the space during the day can remain completely open with the view on the sea.

Apartments are comfortably decorated with the air condition, and satellite TV. Car park is secured for the guests and can be locked if necessary. Guests have on their disposal stone barbecue and the figs, grapes and the other seasonal fruit can be consumed, fleshly picked from the threes on the terrace with the view on the sea.

The beach in Njivice goes along the coastline and is very near the house so it is suitable for all tastes and ages. Near the beach is decorated park-forest with the cozy shade with the mini market and children’s playground near by.
The place Njivice is picturesque without big crowds with the little café bars and restaurants near the sea. The location is suitable for long walks near the sea or bike rides. You can walk along the sea to the next place on the island called Malinska, or on the other side all the way to Comical. The island of Krk offers various contents for your free time and the interesting places to visit and all of that you can find in short drive with your car from Njivice.
