A family house which offers two double rooms and one triple room for rent is in a city of Dubrovnik which lies on Dalmatian coast of southeast Croatia and surrounding landscape the faces the Adriatic sea.

House is positioned a five minutes by car, and fifteen minutes on foot from historical old town and beaches.

Bus station is just in front of the house. The house constructed in Mediterranean style. On the rear side of the house, there are three private parking spaces.
There are two big bathrooms reserved for the guest and all room have refrigerator.
Each room can accommodate 2 persons in double bed.

Price is in April and May is 30 EUR per room per night, in June, July, August is 35 EUR per room per night, and in September and October is 30 EUR per room per night.
