Our newly renovated airconditioned apartments are situated on Prijeko street, in a building which has withstood the devastating earthquake of 1667.

They are next door to the prominent Sponza palace and St. Nicholas church, which is dating back to the 11th century.

The nearest beach is some 400 meters away, and the old port, from which boats for the island of Lokrum leave hourly, is only 100 meters far. Dubrovnik's most prominent street Stradun (or Placa) runs parallel to Prijeko, while the main city square is located mere 50 meters away from our front door.

Apartment 1 (max. 2 persons)

This charming airconditioned apartment is situated on the house corner, with its windows overlooking both Prijeko and Kovacka streets. It has a bathroom and toilet of its own, as well as fully furbished kitchen. Besides double bed is has a table with chairs, uniquely original nightstands with lamps, a closet for hang-up clothes and wall shelving with decorative items, as well as TV.
