In the central and, most beautiful part of the Adriatic Sea coast, in the Riviera of Makarska, only 50 kilometres south of Split, in the foothills of the impressive mountain massif of Biokovo, there is a tourist town named Baška Voda.

The unique apartment complex comprises two separate accommodation units. The first of these also serves as the main building as it houses a restaurant with a capacity of 80 persons in addition to 9 apartments and 9 studios and small wellness centre.

Studio accommodation:
is of a very similar quality to apartment accommodation with one difference – the accommodation comprises a single room.
A studio sleeps two or three people and also comprises a kitchenette (cooker and fridge), a dining table, a bathroom with WC, a wardrobe and a balcony.
Each studio owns air conditioning, satellite TV and safe.

We have provided sufficient parking spaces for our guests during their stay in a private car park in front of the complex and in the passageway between two buildings of the complex.
